Update Dockerfile

Browse source 
Stick qemux/qemu-docker to always latest version. Keep wsdd to master branch. Updates default machine specs, to following:

- RAM: 8GB
- CPU Cores: 8
- Disk size: 512GB
- Windows Edition: Windows 11 Enterprise
